Submit CJE Credit

TCJ Sponsored Programs

If you attended a program sponsored by the Texas Center for the Judiciary (TCJ), submit your hours through your TCJ profile on the My Transcripts tab.

 

For Non-TCJ Programs

Determine whether the course has a State Bar of Texas MCLE number before submitting.

✅ Yes

  • No Family Violence (FV) credit included: The hours will be automatically imported from the Texas Bar. TCJ receives bi-weekly updates. No further action is needed. 
  • Includes FV training credit: Submit CJE/FV hours online. Hours reported only to the Texas Bar will not earn FV credit.

🚫 No

Check the Approved Provider List, then select the appropriate submission button. 

  • If the provider is not on the list, the request must include:
    • Agenda with session times
    • Course descriptions

A Note on Family Violence (FV) Training

Only the course sponsor can request approval for FV training hours. You may see the list of courses with pre-approved FV training hours here.
